As the CEO and co-founder of EG Design & Build, Keren brings a visionary approach to home design, merging European-inspired architecture with seamless functionality and timeless beauty.
Before expanding to Dallas, Keren co-founded M.E. Contracting, one of Toronto’s fastest growing and most award-winning landscaping and outdoor construction firms. Her entrepreneurial drive transformed a small start-up into a multi-million-dollar design-build powerhouse recognized for its creativity, precision, and exceptional client experience.
Known for her sharp eye for detail and her ability to manage complex projects with confidence and clarity, Keren leads every phase of development from concept and design to execution and client relations. Her management style is defined by collaboration, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Guy Raphael brings unmatched expertise in both residential and commercial construction. From large-scale developments to bespoke homes, his hands-on leadership and commitment to quality craftsmanship have helped position EG Design & Build as a trusted name in the industry. Guy is known for delivering unique, high-quality solutions that exceed expectations while staying true to core values of trust, precision, and transparency. Outside of work, he’s devoted to his children, community, and country—principles that also guide his business philosophy.
Eitan complements this foundation with a sharp business acumen and a deep appreciation for fine craftsmanship. After a successful career in finance, he followed his passion for building and co-founded one of Toronto’s top design and outdoor solution firms before bringing his vision to Dallas. Eitan’s work blends European-inspired elegance with natural, organic elements. His meticulous attention to detail and hands-on approach bring sophistication, functionality, and warmth to every project.
